I am a painter…

I love making new things,

Trying different ideas,

And messing around with paint.

It was a birthday gift when I was young,

That sparked something in my mind.

Watching the colors come together in a beautiful masterpiece.

Painting is like life.

You can only see the part that you are working on,

Until you step back and see the big picture.

At first it might look confusing but when you focus,

It is amazing and beautiful.

When you turn the canvas sideways… 

The paint drips down and creates a masterpiece.

Relaxing in the basement,

Watching paint dry.

While listening to music,

The best experience of my life.
