The New York Jets are a professional football team based in the New York metropolitan area. They are in the American football conference (AFC) East division. Their stadium is located in Rutherford New Jersey because New York has no space they had to make it outside of New York. They share the stadium with the New York Giants. They are in the National Football conference (NFC) East division. The jets colors are white, green, and black. The giants colors are Blue, White, and Grey.

Another player that stands out is Joe Namath “Broadway Joe” his what he’s known as. He was their quarterback back in 1969 and won the Jets only Super Bowl. He played in 140 games, threw 27,663 career yards, 173 TD’s “touchdowns”, 220 Int “interceptions”, and his completion percentage was 50.1%. He made the Hall Of Fame.
Champions
The Jets have been in one Super Bowl. Super Bowl 3 back in 1969 with a final score of sixteen to seven, the same year the Mets won the World Series. They won against the Baltimore Colts now known as the Indianapolis Colts. When the Jets won the AFC championship no one expected the Jets to win everybody thought the Colts were going to crush the Jets but right before the game Joe Namath said to live Tv “I guarantee we will win” and nobody believed it but it turns out they Jets actually did win.
