Thoughts. Thoughts are a confusing thing. They can change your perspective on so many things. They can make you think something is happy or scary or sad, even though they might not be in reality. They could honestly change your life. If you think that life is horrible and sad, then you won’t be able to enjoy life. If you think it is amazing and happy, you will be able to enjoy more of life. They could make you overthink. If you think that anytime your stomach hurts you are going to throw up, you are overthinking. If you think that you are going to fail your test even though you studied and you think your parents are going to yell at you, you are overthinking. And those? Those are just some of the things thoughts make you do.
