Onions

 Once there was a red onion named Oni when he was young his parents were made into a salad right in front of him ever since he’s sat in the refrigerator. He rolled off the top shelf and on to the bottom where nobody looks like he’s been alone for years in the cold icy comfort of the dark. One day a coconut rolled down there with him then from the dark the coconut heard a grim raspy voice saying welcome to the kingdom of no escape why do you sit in a dark corner. Cause there’s comfort in the dark things in the light cant hurt you I sit here because the light has hurt me enough already. Now leave me alone but I don’t want to be eaten so I lost my parents to a blender hey what is you named any way Coco is my name Coco the coconut cool my name is Oni. I have been here for awhile so how long have you lived three months your young I have been here for years seventeen to be exact so were below the bottom shelf. Oh look you see that light that’s how you know another one has been taken I see that door open at least three times every day. 

  The doors open again two times within five minutes he’s cleaning the fridge the voice of the man said I should check below the bottom shelf Coco hide he knock her out of the way .Coco live on he sied as the hand took him away oh it’s still good the voice said would make a veggie smoothie as she heard the blender start up I wonder what else is down the hide Oni side I won’t let you die young.Oni disappeared around the corner she heard the sound of crunching veggies as she layed in the corner sobbing the fridge opened again this time it was a little girl asking for ice cream no honey after you smoothie the voice sied. Ok then the panel on the bottom of the fridge fell off it occasionally did but it felt different this time like something opened it then from the blinding light a round shape appeared the same raspy voice Oni said wouldn’t let you die  then from above they heard the sound of a dog oh no dogs love to eat everything… woof.
