University of Tampa

When I graduate from high school I would like to attend U Tampa because my brother moved to Florida about two months ago, and he told me I had to go to college in Florida so I could go see him after school every day. 

 The Campus

On the campus, you can find 28 food venus, including a Chick-Fil-A, Dairy Queen, Einstein, Starbucks, and more. The school holds 10,000 events annually, which are campus and community events. 60% of students enjoy living on campus, in the school, they also have fraternities and sororities. Another thing they have are on-campus activities for the students, they have over 250 activities for them to attend.

Top Colleges on this site you can find America’s top colleges. As seen on the site, U Tampa is ranked 433 out of 5,300. In regional, U Tampa is ranked 17th in the South, 8th for veterinarians, 24th for undergraduate teaching, 29th for best value schools, 12th for most innovative schools, 42nd in top performances on social mobility, and lastly, 162nd in best nursing schools. 

About UT

UT is near Tampa Bay, with 2.7 million people, the Tampa Bay area is West Central  Florida’s center of government, commerce, communications, business, health care, scientific research, sports, culture, and entertainment. There is an art museum and a park zoo just about 5 minutes from the UT campus. Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, and Universal are also just a short drive away from campus. 

Sports

Tampa is the home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team. The Bay area’s baseball team, the Tampa Bay Rays. The New York Yankees hold spring training at Tampa’s George Steinbrenner Field. Tampa Bay also has an ice hockey team which is minutes away from the UT campus. 

Conclusion

In conclusion I want to go to U Tampa because, first of all my brother lives in Florida and it would be nice to visit him often and not have to buy a plane ticket, second it has a really nice campus and places around the campus. Lastly, Tampa Bay has sports teams, and I could watch there games and go to there games when I have free time.
